Mon Desir (Canada) Inc is the company behind The Regent Collingwood condo development. We are not developers. We are dreamers. This condo development is in the heart of Collingwood opposite Town Hall. The site has been despised by locals for more than ten years being quite an eyesore. The building to be demolished if it has not been demolished already is not particularly structurally sound. Unwashed sand used in the construction in 1904 means that the walls are now crumbling. Our dream for the site is to bring alive the previous building's heyday when it was first Collingwood's first automotive dealership and subsequently the Regent Theatre. As we do this we are looking at a premium condo building with large units of more than 1300 square feet.
