This new condo project is a multi-tower redevelopment of Lansing Square. The first phase of this master-planned community will include two towers on the northeast side of the site.
Lansing Square Condos is a mixed-use residential condominium development by Elad Canada in North York.
Conveniently located by the Don Valley Parkway, and Highway 401, this area is perfect for commuters. This project is designed by award-winning WZMH Architects, to exceed the client's expectations.
Lansing Square Condos will have four blocks that will include a retail component, three new roads and a public park. The existing two offices located in the quadrant will be retained and the complex will also include a new 19-storey employment building, making this community the perfect area to eat, sleep, work, and play. With the spike in employment opportunities in this area, this residence is perfect for families and young professionals that want to eliminate long commutes from their day.
The first block of Lansing Square condo project will have two towers, currently known as Tower A and B. Tower A will be located on the north-side of this block facing Sheppard Ave and will include a 6-storey mixed-use podium, as the tower soars up to 40 storeys and will house 434 units. Tower B will face Victoria Park Ave, the east-side of this block and will include a 4-storey mixed-use podium, and will rise up to 27 storeys and will house another 297 units.
Currently, the area surrounding Lansing Square features great dining options, grocery stores, cafes and bars, fitness centres, banks and schools. This area is considered very walkable and has everything a resident needs within its vicinity.
This location also has an excellent transit system, not only is this area located by major highways, it’s in close proximity to the Sheppard Subway Line . TTC bus routes are also just mere steps away. Need to get downtown? This location is a quick 30 minute drive to Toronto’s core.
If residences are looking to surround themselves in greenery, there are many well-known parks close to the vicinity. Not only will the Lansing Square master-planned community include a large park of its own ranging in 0.37-hectares, the area is also close to Bridlewood Park and Lynedock Park .
