              Festival in South VMC is set to become the entertainment capital of Vaughan. One of Canada's largest master-planned communities brought to you by Menkes and QuadReal.

              Festival Condos Project Details

              Festival Condos is a new master-planned community developed by Menkes Developments and QuadReal Property Group. Festival Condos is set out to be one of the largest community developments in Canada and will be the center-piece to the new South Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Festival Tower is a mixed-development with a selection of townhomes and condominiums. The new community will feature open-air promenades, parks and gathering spaces, and retail space.

              HWY ACCESS

              Festival Condos’ new master-planned community is surrounded by main roadways in and out of Vaughan. Highway 7 is to the north, Highway 400 to the west, and Highway 407 to the south- all of which make travelling in and out of the city much easier.

              ENTERTAINMENT

              As the South VMC continues to grow, Festival Condos will become a walkable and accessible place to live. Currently, the area is more car-dependent, but with a new development of retail, restaurants, and entertainment being built at the foot of Festival Condos that is set to change.

              TRANSIT

              As mentioned, Festival Condos’ proximity to Highway 400, 407, and 7 act as great vessels in and out of Vaughan and also connect residents with the rest of the GTA. That said, with the extension of the Yonge-University TTC Line, there are also two new subway stations a short commute away from Festival Condos: Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and Highway 407 Station.

              EDUCATION

              Festival Condos is the perfect place for growing families to call home. Vaughan’s elementary and post-secondary schools are all accessible by transit and the city is proposing more schools and child care options be built as the area continues to grow and develop. York University and Seneca College York Campus are also just a short subway ride away.
