              Mr Switzer is joined at the helm by Noorez Lalani. Mr. Lalani received a law degree from the University of Windsor, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2006. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, where he specialized in Real Estate Finance and Development. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lalani received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. He previously worked in the corporate finance group and commercial real estate group of a prominent Canadian law firm and prior to joining MOD, worked as an account manager for the Toronto Dominion Bank Real Estate Group where he was responsible for underwriting and managing various residential construction loans in the home building and condominium sectors.
